Michael J. Bodnar - President & Principal Agent
Michael has been successfully selling personal and commercial lines insurance as a licensed agent to a wide variety of customers for the past 33 years. With a BSBA from Cleveland State University, Michael started his insurance career with Allstate in 1988. He became an independent agent in 1994 with Tower Insurance, which originally was his Grandfather Gaspar A. Corso's Ohio Valley Insurance Agency, est. 1952. He took over the helm at Gordon Tower Insurance in June 2007 when prior owner Bob Gordon retired. Gordon Tower Insurance has received accolades for retaining our challenging status of designated Senior Partner by Grange Insurance for 10 years, placing us in the upper 4% of the top performing independent agencies. Michael & Mary are also actively involved with the Insurance Board of Northern Ohio (IBNO), of which Michael was Past President. Michael has received accolades for retaining his challenging status of designated Senior Partner by Grange Insurance for the 11 years at Gordon Tower Insurance.

Michael loves boating, grilling out, and actively gives back to the community through volunteer work. Michael and Mary visit with homeless people through Trials for Hope, delivering care packages and ministering to homeless camps in downtown Cleveland every Tuesday night. Gordon Tower Insurance has been Corporate Sponsor for All You Need Is Love (and Food) Event, raising money for food impoverished people in the community.
Mary L. Bodnar - Marketing Manager & Agent
Mary has provided marketing services in a diversity of industries since her graduation from Bowling Green State University in 1986 where she obtained her Marketing Degree. She handles all automation processes, spreadsheet development, production reports, writes industry articles, creates print ads, develops direct mail campaigns and oversees all marketing and social media (FB & LinkedIn), website and PR for Gordon Tower Insurance. In addition, she has a strong sales background and likes working with clients. Mary attended Hondros College Property & Casualty Insurance program and became a licensed Agent in May 2014.

Mary is Director & Choreographer of Vibrant Wind Dancers and a Dance Instructor, teaching Middle Eastern style dance. Mary has performed in over 83 dance performances for live audiences throughout Northeast Ohio over the last 13 years. Michael & Mary Bodnar were 21-year Lakewood residents and are currently West Park residents. Mary ran Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN)/ Family Promise for 15 years as the Lead Coordinator of the church based homeless shelter for families.
